The Racist Runaway Bride
Runaway bride Jennifer Wilbanks hasn't been charged with anything yet, even though she committed a possible felony by giving false statements to the authorities (cnn.com).
Normally, I wouldn't care at all about this non-story but there is something about the case that bothers me. It's the part of the case which doesn't seem to be getting enough attention.
The fact is that Jennifer Wilbanks, the runaway bride from Georgia, is nothing but a stone cold racist.
She didn't just make up a story about being kidnapped. She lied and said a Hispanic man was one of the kidnappers. The other kidnapper she claimed was a white woman, perhaps Ms. Wilbanks has something against miscegenation as well.
Over 15 years ago, a white man named Charles Stuart from the Mission Hill district of Boston shot and killed his pregnant wife and blamed it on a black man: "The shootings launched an enormous manhunt, with police fanning out through neighborhood housing projects frisking black men."
Over 10 years ago, a white woman named Susan Smith drove her car into a lake and drowned her two sons. Before confessing, for nine days she also lied and blamed it on a black man.
Jennifer Wilbanks is a scoundrel and a racist and I have not one ounce of sympathy for her case of cold feet.
How many Hispanic men with white girlfriends were frisked by police officers in Georgia because of the lies of a spoiled little rich girl? And why doesn't the media care about this?
Runaway bride Jennifer Wilbanks should be compared to the infamous Charles Stuart and Susan Smith, not the famous Julia Roberts.
