Bobby Eberle's top story today - "Bush Sends Judicial Nominees Back To Senate" - is yet another example of propaganda released as a news story (link).

Bobby - "Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-TN) expressed his support for the nominees on Monday saying he is "pleased that the president has renominated these excellent women and men to serve on the federal bench." Frist expressed hope that Democrats will work with him to "get up-or-down votes on each nominee.""
What Bobby leaves out. That Frist expressed those remarks in a press release (cache link):
Frist - “I’m pleased that the president has renominated these excellent women and men to serve on the federal bench. I’m hopeful that Democrats will work with me to get up-or-down votes on each nominee."
